The NYC-based Sarah Jefferys Design firm wanted to find a way to expand its brand reach, especially at a time when potential clients were waiting out Covid in other locales.

The ask: Create a digital strategy that would effectively expand SJDNY’s reach in Brooklyn, Upstate New York and Connecticut.

How we did it

Optimize website UX + SEO

The SJDNY site was a legacy site in need of a UX refresh and SEO strategy. Using research and feedback, we updated the site navigation with relevant categories, added copy with key search terms across the site and updated page titles, metadata, alt tags and submitted the site map to. Google for indexing.

Breathe life into the long-dormant SJDNY Instagram account

Foster parental community with a multi-faceted plan, including targeted social media engagement and real-life educational events in partnership with tech companies and local organizations.

Advised leadership on PR strategy

Created a relatable and user-friendly site design, using terms and language that resonated with parents with varying levels of tech knowledge and experience.
